HOUR
- $1,000 RETAINER – due to secure the charter (applied to final invoice; non-refundable).

BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Simple, clear steps — and weather protection for your deposit when the captain cancels due to conditions.
$1,000 Deposit
Required to confirm your charter date.
Applied to final invoice. Non-refundable.
Final Balance
Remaining balance due day of charter (before departure).
Weather Cancellation
100% refundable deposit if the captain cancels due to weather. If rescheduling, deposit can be held up to 6 months.
Cancellation Policy (Full)
Osprey Boat Charters requires a $1,000 deposit to confirm your charter date. Deposits are 100% refundable if weather causes cancellation of your charter. For a full refund, the charter must be cancelled by the captain only due to inclement weather or extenuating circumstances. If cancelled due to weather and the client wishes to reschedule, we will accommodate the request best we can and hold the deposit for 6 months.
Safety first: the captain makes the final decision to cancel.
